sapapo/advm hit ratio

Hi people,

I´ve founded with the next error about the dissapear of hit-ratio on the /sapapo/advm. If I tried to enter on the system with other user the several hit ratio are showed but if I enter with my own user some hit ratio doesn´t appear. Are there any user cache on the system? What can i do?

We have no idea regarding "hit ratio" .....

What's that exactly? Can we see it in SAP standard macro book?

Please explain carefully the steps you performed, and from where could not see the so-called "hit ratio".

What the exact error message? Might have an authorization issue?

There aren´t error message, simply the hit ratio doesn´t appear. I´ll check the authorization of both users, but i think that are equals.

It's not clear what you mean by hit ratio. Pls explain.

If you mean that some people can't see some macro books (or something like that), then this would have to do with authorizations only as also mentioned by another expert.

Other possibility is that may be someone had filtered the macro books, but this filter would go away when you come out of advm transaction.
