How To Delete a WBS after posting reversal.

Hi, one of my user created a wbs with wrong Business Area. And against that wbs posting was already done. Now we have reversed the postings but unable to edit the Business area of the WBS and i can't delete the WBS

select the wbs element and put the LKD - Locked status to control further postings to the same WBS

I dont think you can change the business area..Create a new WBS with the correct business area for further postings.

Hi

Business area field was grayed out? then you can change value using Mass change functionality.

What kind of message being seen at the time of deletion of WBS element?. If user status prevents, disable manually and delete.

Other available option is set the DLFL (Deletion flag) on WBS elements. Try and let us know.
