Is it possible for us to have one time vendor in SRM 7.0. If yes, how is it being used in the process?

Hi,
There is no concept of one time vendor as in ECC6.0
You can create a separate Vendor org group in t.code PPOCV_BBP so that you can replicate the vendor from ECC to SRM
