SAP ECC Through PI to Sharepoint

Hi Experts,

We are planning to perform more interconnection between SAP ECC and Sharepoint.

We are investigating on Duet Product which seems to be the official product from MS and SAP

but Iu2019m still having a doubt if possible to perform it via PI.

Whatu2019s are pros and cons of PI against Duet ?

If we want to read data from ECC to be shared in Sharepoint in a view, some datas added and re update SAP,

is it something visible ?

What are the different constraint we can have ? Any idea on effort and restrictions ?

Hi Anil,

I dont have much exposure to Duet but i can say you can achieve your integration(ECC and Share point) using SAP PI.

it supports both sync and async communication.

Search SDN related to Scenarios/communiation related to file adapter, JDBC adapter and web service. This way you would get idea what is feasible to handle through SAP middleware PI for ECC to sharepoint integration.
