Requested Delivery date range and VA05

I have two questions:

1. What if I would like to have a range of dates during which he can pick up the product any time he likes? How should I incorporate this into SAP?

2. Adding new fields like this range or a condition type in the field catalog of VA05 for reporting purposes should not be impossible. How to go about that and is it difficult adding new fields?

You can enhance the program with the exits and add the fields.

I doubt that you could add a new field as a selection criteria but see note 397749. If you don't have the field in tcodes VA05 or VA05N you can enhance it. Please, see these notes

After use filter the list to have the information that you want.

Hello,

Firstly start using new reports like VA05N & VF05N, these are new reports offered by SAP.

As far as adding Requested Delivery Date to VA05N report, try in this link:

IMG - Sales and Distribution - Sales - Lists - Define Selection Criteria.

If the above link is not helpful, then you will have to develop a Z-Report for your requirement.
