Hi Guruu2019s

The Business requirement is User wants to maintains the value for both Tax 1 and Tax 2 in condition record.

When creating the sales order, the requirement is that if the value of Tax 1 is available, then values of the Tax 2 must be inactive(eventhough values are maintained in condition record)

Hello,

You could use condition exclusion groups to exclude one condition type if the other is present. From what i understand, you want to maintain values for both tax condition types, but if one is present, the other should be inactive on the pricing procedure.

You would need to define a condition exclusion group and then add these condition types to the condition exclusion group.

Menu path: SPRO -> Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Condition Exclusion -> Condition exclusion for groups of conditions.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

MR

The first preference is for the value Tax1. If Tax 1 is Active, then Tax 2 has to be inactive.

If any chance the value of Tax 1 is not maintained, then Tax 2 value has to be considered

Refer following SAP Note on Condition Exclusion for better understanding/reference:

- Note 21827 - Condition Exclusion

- Note 41490 - Condition exclusion (KZNEP)

- Note 92090 - Exclusion indicator KZNEP

- Note 102060 - Exclusion when changing conditions manually

- Note 40089 - New exclusion procedure is exclusive

Hello Stephen,

You can use the condition exclusion group in this case. If Tax condition 1 is present, it can exclude the other tax condition.

You will need to create a exclusion group , say "ZXXX"

In that exclusion group, include Tax 1 and Tax 2, the condition would be if tax 1 present, tax 2 is excluded.

Cheers,

MR
