Standard reports that can display a sales order which changed the delivery

is there any standard reports that can display a sales order which changed the delivery date ?

Check TCode AUT10 or program AUT_REP10.

Or

In sales order - menu bar - Environment - Select Changes option

This will take you to Display Document Change Screen.

Execute to view the result.
