Program to convert Inspection lots status

Hi,

I am looking to convert the inspectio lots which are in Released / Inspected / Created status to Cancelled status. Can you please suggest is there any standard program or Functional Module or BAPI's to do this in mass process?

Actually I am trying to do this in a batch.

Please advise.

No. There is no standard and to do it with a program would be difficult.

Depending on the current status of them it might be possible to do a LSMW for some of them. But I would plan on this being a fairly manual process.

Most of the inspection types it is not possible to cancel the lot without cancelling the material document which created the lot. You can create LSMW for cancelling 03 lots.

For automatically generated, stock-relevant inspection lots with inspection lot combination, an explicit cancellation or resetting of the cancellation is not provided.

The cancellation in particular must always be carried out via the creating material document.

Lots with SPRQ status can not be cancelled through Transaction QA02.
