Unable to Execute a Report to send PAN XML messages out of SNC

Hi All,

We are unable to Execute a Report /SCA/DM_TIMESERIES_OUT to send Product Activity Notifications in the form of XML messages out of SNC. We have manitained some Planned Reciepts data in SNC and would like to transfer it out to ECC.

Could anyone help in understanding if we have to maintain mandatory settings before executing this report.

Hi,

Transaction /SCA/PRODACT_OUT should be used to send PROACT data in stead of the report /SCA/DM_TIMESERIES_OUT.

Report is basis of other transactions like

- /SCA/FCST_OUT

- /SCA/PRODACT_OUT

The report reads the time series data based on which transaction

you are running. If you simply run it from SE38, then it is not able determine which transaction you are running. SO Time series

data will not be read.

Dear Mallampalli,

We have tried the transaction /SCA/PRODACT_OUT, we maintained planned receipts data for the product, entered required corresponding values in the mandatory feilds and executed the report but it generated a display log with the following error message: PRODUCT ACTIVITY MESSAGE CONTAINS NO ITEMS.

Could you please help me understand what other settings are required in order to execute this report properly. Also if possible we can discuss this over a call. Do let me know.

In the transaction /N/SCA/DFC_OFMSET or in spro search for Assign Settings for Replenishment Planning and SNI , what is the setting you maintained for your supplier and customer location in "send planned receipts"

Select the same in the field "Select Products with"

Then try...

Hi Pravin,

As per the documentation(http://help.sap.com/saphelp_snc70/helpdata/EN/48/6bdb4767a431cbe10000000a42189d/frameset.htm), we have tried both the manual and automatic features to configure the output from SNC in the form of XML messages.

The manual method gave a message "Time series data for selection is empty" and the Automated method could trigger the XML messages on every incoming message from ECC but we are unable to see the Planned Receipts in that XML messages.

Was just wondering if we can see the Planned Receipt info by changing the settings of this report or by using any other simillar report as the PR info is very important for our development.
