Certificate error in RWB : iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert

Hi team ,

Im facing the below error in RWB . In my scenario , Im using SOAP receiver channel to connect third party portal. in config I have given URL , Keystore entry and keystore view values. The messages are stuck in RWB in Waiting status .

Im working on PI 7.11.

Audit log:

SOAP: error occured: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificate

Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificate.

It appears that you have not imported the certificates under correct TrustedCAs keystore view.

The keystore values are wrong . basis corrected it.

If you have the certificate that you loaded check the fingerprint. If you don't have it you can get it from NWA.

Then go to the url with a browser and check the certificate fingerprint of that one. They should match.

Hi,

This error is due to certificate. There should be some problem in the certificate. Certificate mismatch or handshaking failure ...

Ask your BASIS to look into this issue.
