Logo is not showing in PDF

Hi Everyone,

I have inserted a logo in smartform through se78 and its working fine. I can see the logo in print preview but when i send that form through mail as PDF, there the logo is missing...

Peculiar here is when i insert a logo in Black and white , i can see the logo in my inbox.

If it is Colour meamns the logo will dissappear..

Can anyone give me a suggestions????

Hi friends,

Edit your logo as 256 color bit map image and then upload using SE78 and use it.

Also see SAP Note 1430123 which is having the details related to the logo. If the note is not implemented implement that in your system and then see.
