Hi,

The XR2 and XR3 price condition rates and condition values are not getting copied to return order from referenced billing document.

Please let us know what can be the configuration issue or any SAP Note is required.

Thanks in Advance.

Vaibhav Goel

Have you looked for notes??

Assuming that XR2 & XR3 are Condition Types in your Pricing Procedure.

This seems to be a issue in your system. Just run a few checks:

1. Whether the Condition Records are still valid & maintained with proper validity dates. Also hope that Returns Order is within those dates.

2. The Pricing Type in Copy Control Records (T-Code - VTAF) is A or D

Hope this helps,

Thanks,

Hi JIgnesh,

Thanks for your reply.

I checked everything, The pricing type in copy control is 'D'.

I think none of the routines also are 'Z'.

And dates are also fine.

Actually, the issue is with Tax Jur Code Levels, the tax codes XR1, XR2 etc are coming fine in the Billing Document, but when we create Return order by referring to it these Tax rates are not getting copied.

Actually, I am an ABAP developer, and the Client has raised this Production issue. So need your help, dont kow exactly where to look up for this.

They saying that for one Pricing Procedure it's working fine, and for the other it's not. I compared those 2 pricing procedures also but No luck

Any suggestions.

Thanks,

Vaibhav Goel.

FYI - XR1, XR2 are not Tax Code whereas, they are Tax Condition Type

In your pricing procedure determined in return order, check:

- Whether determined pricing procedure in repair order have tax condition type XR1 & XR2.

- If thats not the case. Whether you have routine assigned in Calculation type against the condition type XR1 & XR2, say 301(Taxes: Value 1) for Cond Type XR1 and 302(Taxes: Value 2) for Cond Type XR2. And whether those routine logic suffice the criteria for execution in your repair orders.

Hi JP,

XR1, XR2.... are there.. ad have calculation routines also 301, 302 etc...

Is this come standard SAP issue ???

May some problem while creating delivery... as for pricing procedure ZPUC101 it;s working fine and not for ZPUC102....

Or is it related to Material ???

Try Pricing type N - Transfer pricing components unchanged, new cost in copying control (VTAF - Item)

FYI

Routine 301, say,

* APPL EXTERNAL TAX
* Set tax values and percentage into condition structure and fill
* tax base amount
* Contents of this formula of Release < 4.6A has been copied to
* to FORM FRM_KONDI_WERT_521
form frm_kondi_wert_301.

* through the Tax Manager

You can also refer following SAP Notes:

- Note 850063 - External tax system: store modified tax base amount

- Note 1148423 - SD with tax per document: all tax conditions 0

Check the ship-to/sold-to addresses in the return order. If any of the address or zip codes are changed/over written in the return order, then that may also influence.
