Mandatory field in QA32 (inspection lot stock)

Dear Expert,

we want to search mandatory field in QA32 inpection lot posting my scenero is that inspection lot will be generated agaitns mov 262 in 05 origin and now this lot will be posted to scrap but i want to some serial no againt this inspection lot kindly tell me some field without serial no stock should not be posted .

supose inspection lot : 200

Serial no 11363

now we want stock should not be post withouout serial no is nay mandatory field in qa 32 (defect or inspection lot stock)????

Kindly elaborate me..

Create a qualitative, PASS/FAIL, required MIC called "Serial #". Set the indicator "documentation required" in the control indicators. The person has to select pass for the MIC and the system will then require them to put in an inspection description for the characteristic. In this field enter the serial number.

is it possible Doc header Text is mandatory which will be show in QA32 stock posting screen (DOC) tab?????

DOC tab will be show in QA32 STock posting screen when we clice this DOC tab Doc date and Doc.Header text will be show is its possible to mandatory this Doc. header text with out filled this hearder this screen should not be save..

i aslo check "Settings for Enjoy Transactions" in spro

Use SHB0 for making this field mandetory if you want. Seek help from abaper.

SHD0 is a T code for creating a std variant for T code wherein you can make fields mandetory ,invisible etc.

AS I said take help of Abaper.!!!

Have your tried option in Inspection lot stock >against each stock posting options there is button> "document " -->here field "Text" is there.

but how i can mandatory this text field if we fill this text field after saving where data wil be show???

supose we put serial no in text field afer saving where data will be show?????

i check in MB51 afet puting data in text field but there no any date will be show i check all seletec layout.

Looking at your scenario I can say that you do not enter the serial number when lot is created but it should be made mandetory while doing stock posting.& there is only one serial number.

As there is no field you can make mandetory in stock posting screen, I can suggest one thing like when lot of 05 is created ,go to QA02--->Short text -->enter serial number.

This short text is available/viewed in QA32/33.
