Customer return,inspection type 06

Hi Guru,

I want to check the Customer return,inspection type 06 scenerio,Pls guide me for step by step procedure.

1. Maintain Inspection Type 06 in Material master.

2. Maintain Inspection lot Origin 06 in SPRO > QM > Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot creation > Inspection at shipping > Assign Inspection lot Origin to Delivery type.

3. Create Inspection Plan for Customer return with usage 5( or as per std .)

4. Then create return delivery with respect to sale order no or Document no.

5. Do PGI.

6. Now a lot will be generated..

Can you explain for step 4 and 5.How to create the sales order,delevery and PGI with T codes.

These are SD T-codes so i am not so much aware about these..so kindly help..

As I understand these are :

VA01-->enter the "Return sales order type" ( RE )

VL01N--->Delivery & PGI against sales order

Lot of 06 will be created.
