User Certificate not Available in SRM Digital Signature

Hi All,

We are implementing Digital Signature at the SRM side for Contract Document.We have done the basic configuration at the SRM side for the Digital Signature.We have done the SSFA Configuration and STRUST installation.We inturn have installed the cryptographic Library.We have installed the user certificates from the Trust certificates.But when we run the Scenario for the Contract Release , we get an Error Saying " user Certificate not available".

Can someone help us here.

Have you maintained the Signature configuration for the document type?

Thanks for the reply.We have already maintained the digital signature as optional for Contract Transaction type PCTR.
