Categories disappered in the search box

Dear Experts,

We are trying to implement the SRM MDM Catalog for self service procurement.

Done the following setps:

1. Using std SRM MDM Respositort in MDM Console

2. maintainted data for all tables, categories,..etc

3. Created webservice in SRM system.used Admin id in parameters

4. Done the SRM MDM Search UI configurations for Admin user id

3rd Tab, Customize search -->

hierarchy drop down --> Selected taxonomy table(taxonomy data is not showing in category search box)

selction list table -


> selected suppliers flat table ( search coming properly)

4. Login to portal and selected the SRM MDM catalog 3.0 link and got the next screen search details, List item view

key word -


category box______________________________Select list Box

ALL_____________________________________check box___ its values

issue is, I maintained 4 categories in MDM data manager those details are not appearing in portal.

Please help me.

Hi Ganesh,

Problem was not solved after restarting the MDM/J2EE Engine server.

Any other guess.

Hello,

Do a complete restart of the MDM Server and the DB server along with the J2EE Server(not just process restart)
