Hi Expert
Does anyone know how we can use 'line item proposal' to copy discount prices from Quotation into Sales Order via VA01?
We want to copy all line items from a previous quote into new sales order, in our test all line item details was copied across except discount prices (condition type ZPM2). Any idea how we can include the discount prices in the copying.
Any suggestion will be appreciated
Thank you
VTAA- Copy control sales document to sales document.
select source document type(quotation) and target document type(so)
go to item category and check the field pricing type.
maintain- copy pricing elements unchanged .

Item proposal is the list of materials and order quantities that can be copied into the sales order. But this would not copy pricing.
To use item proposal in sales order.
In sales order creation overview screen, press Ctrl + F11.
To get pricing referenced from Quotation to sales order, then
- create a sales order with reference to quotation
- check your copying control config for TCode VTAA ( Source: Quotation & Target: Sales Order)

As already, mention in previous post
this would not copy pricing.
It will only copy material & order quantity.
By using copying control VTAA, I intended to say.
You should create a sales order with reference to Quotation. For this you need not make any modification to existing standard configuration for copying control for VTAA ( Target: OR & Source: QT ), which will take care of your requirement.

Hi JP
We tried VA01 create with reference from 'Quote- Cust A' to a 'Sales Order - Cust B' but system won't allow because of the change in customer id, we try to avoid the VTAA config change therefore we posted the question looking for alternative.
Really appreciate your detail advice, any other method you can suggest us without configuring the system?
regards
