Activating historical version of PO

Experts,

SRM 5/Ext classic

Currently PO change version status in BBP_PD is as shown

---5 (Active)

C-C1-X

C-C2-X

C-C3-X

H---1

H---2

H---3

H---4

Version 5 is active. I want to change version 5 to historical and activate version 1. I tried changing the 'Version' field for version 1 from H to ' ' at header level in table BBP_PDBGH after changing version for version 5 to 'H' but it did not help

How can it be achieved?

Hi ,

I don not think you can make it.

If the actived version is ordered, the data has been copyed form the last change version to the original version.

Maybe you can suggest user to create a new po.

Try to change the field DOC_CLOSED in table BBP_PDHGP and the staus in table CRM_JEST of V1 and V5.

Exchange the status between the actived version and the closed version, maybe you need to change the system table data(delete/insert ....).

Hi ,

First of all, you must find the actived version's entries in crm_jest.

Then use '/H' to modify the V1's entries in crm_jest to the same of the actived version(such as insert some status,change some status inact field from 'X' to '').

At last, change the actived version's status to the same of other closed versions.
