We cannot getDB2 profiling to complete without error. We are able to view the data in Information Steward but profiling fails with the following. Any ideas on what we might try? Thanks

Hi John,

I am facing the same issue here so what did do you to resolve this. I deleted the old connections and created new again but it could not help. Do we need to reinstall Info Steward?

Could you please describe what to do?

Hi Krishan,

I'm working on this same issue. The only diffrence is that my issue happens after an export and then import into another environment. Like from Dev to QA systems. The QA systems has a different backend so we have to change the server name. Everthing else is the same. I'll be doing some testing today and will update this thread with my findings.

We also had the same issue.  We later discovered that the data in a couple of our source tables was still being loaded.  so the volume was growing while we were doing the profiling.  Once the bulk loads completed, we stopped getting the error.

This ended up being a corrupted connection. The connection was replaced and data profiling has resumed.
