Configuring SLM on Solman 7.1 SP4

Hi,

I've followed the document at http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/10eadc44-f2c3-2d10-f4a9-df6324d6a... which works really well, until we get to the point where it is trying to talk to SAP and I get an error.

The step is Check SMP user and SP web service in transaction /n/tmwflow/mopzcfg and the error is

Any clues on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
