You can find out which parameter are set on your system by using the scripts provided in SAP Note : 1171650
either in SE38, RSORADJV and execute the script. You can notice the the parameter that are not set at the top
of the list. Also with option 'N' in SET column.
Which ever the parameter are not set you can cross check with SAP Note : 830576 and what should be the correct
value for that particular parameter which is not set.

Just to complement Deepak information, you can use the script from note [1171650|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1171650] to check if you parameter configuration is set as per recommendation from note [830576|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/830576].
