Credit memo

Hi,

My user is facing an issue where she can view ICR in vf03 and credit memo in va03.

She wants to view credit memo in vf03 and is not able to do so.

Also I checked vf03 for that invoice no and the output screen is empty.

Kindly guide me on this issue

Hi Anisha

A Credit Memo is just similar to sales document.So as the user wants to view the credit memo in VF03,it is advised to click on the document flow icon and keep the mouse icon on the credit memo document and click on display document.then user can view the credit memo document from VF03.

In VF03 for the invoice the output screen is empty then check wheather condition record has been maintained or not.

Hi,

The credit memo is like a sale order document, which you want to see in the billing level(VF03) is not tenable. Click the flow and go the sale order VA03 and view the credit memo.

Check the NACE settings output type for billing and credit memo.
