HI All,

an Order was entered for 1100 kgs. Delivery 816746171 was entered with 1000 kgs. The extra delivery keeps auto-creating trying to cover the difference. However, since order and delivery are both marked complete, not sure what is prompting this to happen. and want to close the order.

it can be because of " COMPLETION RULE" in corresponding item category............

go to corresponding itemcategory and select the value "B" in the field " COMPLETION RULE"

Also chk that your copy control settings from order to delivery are proper. The pos/neg qty filed should be set to "+".

Hi,

Please check the Picking Quantity and PGI quantity if both are equal to Order quantity then there is no problem if not then you check the under tolerance/over tolerance of Oder percentage, at the same time in material master delivering quantity field along with minimum order quantity fields are most important based on these fields system performance will depends so you need to check all this field, as per my understanding.

try it definitely you will get solution.
