Indian Rupee Symbol in Smartforms

Hi,

I have a little problem in smartform. Problem is that how to use thr Indian Rupee's symbol in Smartforms via Smartstyle or by selecting a font for it.

I have no idea of how to do it.

Kindly help me out.

Hi,

Check SAP note 1503523 about the Rupee Symbol.

To print this character, you can print via a windows system and unicode device type SWINCF(seeSAP note 812821). The windows system must contain fonts that contain the Rupee character at the correct Unicode code point.

Hi friend,

Its very simple i too had a similar issue and resolved it by few steps let me explain it to you.

1. You can download the rupee font from the link : [Rupee symbol|http://blog.foradian.com/font-with-indian-rupee-symbol-download-and-us]

2. Using the SE73 transaction, Install True Type Font And Give Name To Font

After these two steps now the symbol is ready to use. You can use the symbol in your smartform style.

NOTE:- To Insert Rupee symbole You Have To Press ` Button Near To 1 Key.

Some times it may not be display in editor or in print Preview but it will be getting printed in the output ie printout.
