Default System Alias for iViews in EP (NW7.0 ehp2)

Hi Experts,

I have a question regarding NW Enterprise Portal. We are doing a new installation here. Every thing went well and working fine.

I have created a SYSTEM & ALIAS from EP to BI. But standard i Views taking some default system alias rather than the system we have created.

Can you tell me where to change this default system alias in Portal? Our portal is NW 7.0 ehp2

Kindly provide your valuable inputs ASAP.

If its not the first alias that you created simply go to the system landscape and click on "set default"...

Note the following properties for system alias:

The first alias created is automatically defined as the default system alias, which stores that system's unique parameters.

You can reassign the default status to another alias.

You cannot remove a default system alias until you have designated another system alias as the default, unless the alias you are removing is the only one defined for that system.

The system reverts to the default system alias to make its connection if all other aliases are removed.

If you remove a default alias that is a single system alias, you then cannot access the system during runtime.
