Hi,
When a new defect is created in QC, I am getting below error message, displayed in "Defect Sync Pool"
ERROR MESSAGE:
"Could not export bug to Solution Manager due to remote exception: Could not send Message"
Please provide any solution to resolve this issue?

There was a mismatch betwen message type of Service Desk and ICT_CUST table.
Used "SLNF" in both the places. This solved the issue.
