Supplementary rules

Hello Experts,

WE are using supplementary rules. These are not working as intended. After migration the rules are migrated but they are not active. Whn i select active and save it saves right. Once i exit the screen and come back. It is inactive again. I found this really strange.

Did anyone have this kind of error?

Did you re-generate the rules by configuration tab in RAR? Do you have a support message?

Hello Ricardo,

Yes i have generated the rules. These are the rules migrated from 5.3. I have opened a message with SAP. Hope they will respond soon.
