Hi,

Could anybody clarify the difference between functions of Solution Manager Support Desk and Workcenter Incident Management.

Does "Solution Manager Adapter for Quality Center" integrate with Support Desk or Incident Management?

Hi

It is samething when you integrate ..it is incident management only

workcenter are the only way of accessing your messages in 7.1 version but 7.0 you can also view them in crm_dno_monitor transaction apart from workcenter.
