I proposed this solution to someone else and they found it helpful.

In the SAP gui configuration from Control panel, select the theme "System Dependant Theme". It appears that this takes the required details from a profile parameter in the specific system.

To set the parameter, use RZ10 and insert a new parameter sapgui/theme with a value for the specific variant that you want. (E.g Enjoy Streamline etc.) Obviously, use a different theme for each system. This will at least show you clearly which system you are in.

Hi,

Try below setting to change colour of your SAP system:

1. Start any SAP system and login;

2. After login click on the button Customize local layout (Alt + F12);

3. Then select u201CDesign Settingsu201D;

4. In the u201CGeneralu201D Tab:

Select any Theme other than u201CSystem Dependantu201D;

e.g.selecte Enjoy; Change the font size if desired;

5. In the u201CColor Settingsu201D Tab:

Select Theme Enjoy (the same one which you chose above);

Create your own and save using button Save As;

6. This changes will take effect after the SAP GUI restart.

You then have to log out of all SAP sessions and then close SAP logon pad (make sure its icon is not displayed next to the time bottom right hand corner);

7. Now you can open SAP logon pad and login to the system;

this is how you can set colour to individual system.

Greetings,

I feel its not possible to give color to each system as you have asked for but I can give you one tip which will help you and your team to check the system and confirm they are logging to right systems...

I am assuming that you will be having a English Lanugae System else.. please add the profile parameter to Instance/Default profile. (Imp).

Steps to add the Information on SAP Logon Screen (Username and password screen)

1) Login to SAP System and login to any client (I prefer 000) > Run SE61 tcode

2) In SE61 you need to choose Document Class as u201CGeneral Textu201D and Language English (if it's your preferred lanugae)

3) In the Document Name: Create ZLOGIN_SCREEN_INFO or another name you would like to use and click on u201CCreateu201D

On the next screen which will open in MS -Word kind of document, you can add the information as per your needs I am adding an example.

Save and activate: Add this as local object (no need to transport)./..

This above text you can customize as per your systems...

Hope it will help you..
