Data difference in Print and print preview

HI,

I am trying to print the details of quotation through VA23.

When in view the print preview the data is populated correctly in the output.

But when I print the form there is a DIFFERENCE IN DATA being printed.

I have made sure that there is no probelm in formatting but the data getting printed differs.

Can you please help in knowing why the difference arises and how to avoid.

Hi friend,

The data which is getting printed is the correct data. So using that try to debug and see whether the data is correctly getting populated or not.

I think this will solve your issue. If you still face issues check the printer settings. Clear the spool and then try printing.

SAPscript or SmartForms?

Standard SAP form or modified custom form?

If it is a modified SmartForms, your totals are probably in a SECONDARY WINDOW type and should be changed to FINAL WINDOW. In this scenario, totals appear correct in print preview but not in actual printout.

Please check that all the global variables are cleared before the printing program is working. Greez
