header discount

Dear friends

i have created a manual header discount condition type HB00, after giving manually it will split the discount value to each line item based on weight of material ,but i want the amount should be distribute equally to all item.how can i do that friends please help me...

Hi,

Make one more condition type which is same as k007. e.g :z007

Cond Class : A

Calculation Type : B

Dont Make it group Cond.

Check it as Header Condit ,Item Condn , Amount/Percent.

Now apply this condition Type at Header Level. with certain amount., the same amount

will come as discount to each of your line items.

Suppose at header level zoo7 = 50/

your both line item will show a discount of 50 /

You first be clear or decide, whether you want header condition type to be on:

- Quantity

or

- Value

In either of the case, the condition type used calculation type.

Quantity	Cond Type - K004	Calculat.type	C	- Quantity
Quantity	Cond Type - K005	Calculat.type	C	- Quantity
Quantity	Cond Type - RC04	Calculat.type	C	- Quantity
Gross Weight	Cond Type - RD00	Calculat.type	D	- Gross weight
Value	Cond Type - RB00	Calculat.type	B	-Fixed amount
Value	Cond Type - HB00	Calculat.type	B	-Fixed amount

So, try it and share your feedback.

my header condition should be a value and it has to splt to each line item based on number of item in sales order equally.

- RC04

|Calculat.type |C - Quantity |

proportionality/accordingly into number of quantity in each item level.,

Say,

RC04 is value is 1000.

- Proportionate Value of RC04 in item (1000)

Have you tried using the price condition at header level, and use an Alternative formula for Condition Base Value in your pricing procedure where you get help from ABAPer to satisfy the requirement. There you define that the header condition should be split equally among items.

Cond Type

- RB00

Calculat.type

B -Fixed amount

in your pricing procedure.

RB00 is already setup with Calc Type B - Fixed amount that will give you 1000 across all items.

You should use RD00 as this distributes the amount equally.

HD00 distributes the amount based on each item value as a percentage.

Friends thanks for Ur reply,my requirement is if i have two item in sales order and giving header discount Rs.100 it has to split rs.50 to each item.Please guide me...

Make sure Condition type HB00 is having quantity as calculation type.

check the Condition type HB00 , i think you check the Field "Group Condition" that is the reason system is divided the amount based on weight rather that try with RD00 Condition Type and Run the cycle
