customize view of crm_dno_monitor

Hi all

i have a requirement to view all SLFNs descriptions (not the title description but the description of problem) in the view generated by txn CRM_DNO_MONITOR??

is there any way to show what user reported in the same grid???

Hi,

from your query I understood you are using solman 7.0 Ehp1, if yes then you can customize this crm_dno_monitor by your own zcode, we tried to display SLA time also in the same grid, CRMD_ORDERADM_H, our Abap developer done so.

and if you are in solman 7.1 this crm_dno_monitor is no longer required. you can get all enough details from crm web ui and workcenter
