Service Desk : customizing the CRM UI, to create new inciedent

Hi experts,

I am new in SAP, I'd like to know if there is some documentation which can help me to configure the CRM UI to create new incidents, how does it work ? how can I add new fileds in this UI ? how can I modify the content of different fields (different status..)

Hi

customization of CRM UI, can be done some f the CRM enhancement tools like EEWB, AET. with the help f CRM functional person,

but if you are looking a demo on how to create service desk ticket and more check with service.sap.com/rkt-solman -> select your solman version -> application incident management
