On CIC0 screen I need to display a component that is currently "hidden".

This component will be utilized to add messages such as "cash only, update phone number or something to that sort" to specific contract account. This component needs to be visible in either top or bottom of the screen. This has to be unhidden within the Framework status (Framework ID). Currently there are some subscreens and some hidden screens. I need to know how I can unhidde these components and how I can make them visible.

Your help will be greatly appreciate it.

SPRO --> SAP Utilities --> Customer Service --> Customer Interaction Centre --> Maintain Front Office Framework ID and Paramters
