Output Condition Reords

Hi All,

Can you please suggest me how can i download all output condition records for Sales Output types and Billing Output Types?

Hi,

It depends what kinf od data you want to download. If only the key information (the key the condiitons are created with), you can find the list using Condition info button in VV13 (for sales order output records) and VV33 (for billing doc output records). If you want details, you need to collect the data from several tables NACH for the output processing data and respective Bxxx tables for the key data.

Hi Veer

If you want to download the output condition records then go to VV12 (sales output type condition records) and give the output type then go to environment->click on download to file.In the same way for VV22(delivery output type condition records) and VV32(billing output condition records).
