We have received - Root, Intermediate and Publickey certificates from the business partner.
Is there any particular order, that we need to import them into KeyStorage?

No spefic order as H.Chiochina mentioned. Make sure that the certificates are in the trusted CAs folder and the firewall is open for them.

I don't think there is any. And I think it is safe to do it in the order: root, intermediate and public key.
The root is used to trust the intermediate one and the intermediate one makes the link between the public key and the root.
I also think you need to upload the rood in your Trusted Certificate Authorities (CA) folder/keystore.
