essential data missing in EWA

Hi All,

The EWA report is collecting all the data and has finished .But am getting an error at the first page "Some essential service data for the EarlyWatch Alert session is missing. Therefore, no rating is assigned."Kindly let me know how can i resolve this one

Hello Ram,

It could due to outdated support tool patch levels in your system. Please run RTCCTOOL and confirm us if you see any red ones over there.

Hello,

I am also receiving this error in my EWA reports. RTCCTOOL shows all green results.

The EWA monitoring for my solman system gets this, as do most of the systems it is watching.

One customer system works fine, as does one of the 1 systems being monitored from another company.

Any clues or ideas as to why some are working and some are not, including the self monitoring?

Hello Ram

Run report RTCCTOOL in your satellite system and check everything is green, specially ones related to "Collectors and TCOLL" and "EWAlert Setup".

Is your EWA report generated or else no report and you getting this message?
