CUP Page heading"Access control-complaint user provisioning" is disappeared

Hi,

CUP 5.3 Page heading"Access control-complaint user provisioning" is disappeared along with log off,help,and about SAP tab after applying SP17.However, for other GRC AC tools page heading is coming perfectly.

What would be the reason,any hint please.

Hi Mukesh,

Did you uploaded the SP 17 .xml files and CC error message.txt data files which will be available along with the patch. This is a mandatory step in every upgrade.

We faced similar issue after SP13 upgrade. After uploading the append .xml files it worked fine.

Yes, as Srihari already said this is a very important step. Have a look at here:

Remember to upload the files for all modules.
