REMOVE approver added at runtime before ordering cart?

We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.

Weare using PCW for shopping carts.Is it possible to delete/remove the added approvers form approval preview?The REMOVE APPROVER button is always disabled.

Pls advise.

Hi,

Adhoc approvers can be maintained as long as they are not released to

the approval process (e.g. by the order button). Once they're released,

it is not allowed to change them anymore. This is an intended behaviour

because the approvers could also add further adhoc approvers and they

could semantically be based on the adhoc approvers the SC author has

initially released when ordering the SC. To keep the process context

stable for further adhoc approvers, adhoc approvers can only be added

but not be removed anymore after release.

Exception: Adhoc approvers are removed by the system when the approval

process is re-calculated from scratch. This e.g. happens when the

author's SC recall triggers a complete process restart.

Please check note 1595997.

Thus only creating the document you have the possiiblity to delete the add approver on PC. In ac is only possible to change.

HI,

You cannot remove approvers by standard. You can add adhoc approvers and reviewers.
