Alert When a Messages is cancelled

Hi all,

Everytime when we can cancel a message in adapter engine because of It is in "No delivered" status an alert is raised with the following detail:

Error Text From AE: No error text available from Exception

I wonder if there is any option to avoid this type of alerts(raised when a messages is cancelled) as we do not need it.

Dear Jose

You can always suppress the alerts to stop receiving them.

Otherwise if you strictly donto want them to raise, go to ALRTCATDEF and delete the alert.

We did not detect the root cause of this issue yet.

Somehow when we cancel the message from messaging system monitor directly we receive an alert. The right place to cancel the message is in RWB.
