how to link with the customer complient to return delivery means my business scenario is like this once i received complaint call i will create notification once it is finished i will do return to stock if i do return what i enter defects and all things should be flow in return stock how should we map this business

hi,

apply 05 agains return delivery , once u get stck then booked the notification against lot and complete the notifcation , once ur notifcation closed then go back to lot and post the stck in return to delivery .

Notification needs to be configured either F1 or Q1.
