I'm a SD consultant but due to some Exigency, I'm asked to analyse a MM related ticket. The issue is...
We have a process in our company where all our stores are setup as plants & the materials to them are supplied through an STO .After creation of STO manually & creation of Delivery through a batch job, an event gets triggered in R/3 which is sent to SCM box. Email gets triggered in SCM which is sent to the store contact with the information of the material & qty in delivery note & also the expected delivery date. The issue is right now one of the delivery documents got stuck in that queue & the store is repeatedly getting the email with the same details.
I would like to know how the event management is configured to trigger the event in R/3 which is sent to SCM & how we can remove this delivery note from the queue so that the store will stop getting junk messages.

I guess you have solved this already..
Email Alerts are normally sent via the RuleSet or the Expected Event Monitor.
Check the ALRT* transactions for details of sent messages.
