Problem with restarting Java System instance 7.3

Hello,
I'm tried to restart a java instance 7.3 but the jstart.exe after few seconds becomes in status stopped. I tried to stop the system and start it again but it again returns to status stopped. There is a log trace. The system is 64bits and with 6GB. What can be the solution for this problem?

What was the activity going on before you restarted. Were you deploying any componenet though JSPM?

The problem was with the permissions of the user that is trying to start the process. Thanks for your help.

I looked up for :
dev_deployment*
std_deployment.*
jvm_deployment.*
but no such files were found on the system. There is a file std_server0.out which is over 120MB.

Hi,
Before the server died i tried to setup development track with CM services and I ran some times CMS Update. Also before the server went down the configuration in CM services failed some times saying that my host and port are not correct and connection cannot be done (I'm using the same server). The strange thing is that yesterday this configuration with the local host was running and there was no problem. Here are the logs of the files:
