When using : BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE getting error msg.

Hi,

when i am trying to create a new line item using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE then getting error msg like No item category available(Table T184 ZACO Text).

Please help me to solve the same.

The error message is self explanatory and had you checked in table (T184) which system shows ?? Please search the forum before posting such repeated question.

Hi Monty,

It looks like that while changing the sales order you are either passing new item category or passing such parameters by which new item category determination is triggered in Structure BAPISDITM.

If new item category is not required then please check that what all values are passed to bapi for processing or

If it is required then please set up the item category determination. T code is VOV4.

B'coz I get a feeling that there is fault in your Item Category Determination for Item Category ZACO.

Sales Doc. Type	Item cat.group	Item usage	ItemCat-HgLvItm	Item category

| Provide sales doc type | <blank> | TEXT | <blank> | ZACO|
