Dear SAP Guru's,
we have a business process like from business to distributor is direct sale in this process distributor is nothing but a customer it is called direct sales process it is standard SAP business process only, The secondary sales process will starts from Distributor (customer) to Retailer sales process, for the secondary sales process we have outlets and their outlet types and out let class these are decided through their business turnovers, as per my understanding we can capture sales transaction information through sales officer/sales employee assignments at customer master (Distributor) partner determination tab at VA01 from core team i got one information that is outlet comes under the sales offices in enterprise structure organizational elements, but my main question is where i have to configure outlets outlet types and outlet class this are my paining point please guide me how to map this business process in to SAP.
