Dear sir,

we got SAPSTARTSRV.EXE - APPLICATION ERROR

the instruction at "0x00437c52" referenced memory at "0x000000c" the memory could not be read

click on ok to terminate the progrram

click on cancel to debug the program

error in ideas , when starting sap mmc

please provide me solution

Hi Ravi,

Could you check the "event log" on the operating system level? You may need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributables. Check the note 684106 - Microsoft runtime DLLs

in addition to Orkun, did you perform any kernel upgrade? If yes, please ensure you download the correct kernel, for eg: UC or Non-UC.
