We have an issue wherein we are receiving some invalid mail communication in SAP Inbox from some sender. In order to analyze the issue we want to understand where in SAP the sender no and sender name is mapped.
For example In table SOOS we have sender no. 000000494402 and sender name as A-000000494402, can anyone help us to understand where is the mapping done for sender no. And sender name in SAP?
