For transaction F150 use different tray

Hello,

we are having the following problem.

In Accounting we are using the printer Canon LBP6750dn. Tray 1 is for Windows printouts. Tray 2 for SAP printouts. Now we want to print dunnings (t-code: F150) on a different form, which should be located in tray 3.

Is it possible to print only dunnings from tray 3 without changing the form?

Thanks for any help!

Best regards,

D

Hi Laber,

I think you can create a new output type for the transaction and can attach the same to the form configured in NACE.

Hope this will help you.

Thanks & Regards

Hi D. Laber ,

If we want to get the prinouts from Specific tray through SAP Scripts

Than we need to give the TRAY name in SAP Scripts it self that we will get the print outs from that tray only

Goto Pages

In Print Attributes

Give the TRAY name.(Which you want to print)

Thanks

Hi,

There are some printer settings need to be performed by your Basis Consultant in SPAD transaction.

Check with your Basis team.

Hi,

Try the below settings.

Tcode: SPAD.

Enter the output type for Ex: LOCL and press enter.

In the Output Attributes tab, you can change the paper try.

Please consult your basis team, before you do it on your own.

Hi Vijaymadhur,

thanks for your help so far.

I did not test it yet, but if I get this correctly this would change the tray for all printouts from SAP permanently.

I would need this only for transaction F150. I think we need to setup another printer with the same attributes, which always uses paper tray 3. Then we can choose it, when F150 is executed...

That should work then, right?
