Hi,
Looks like there is disconnect is the network.
1). Please check the Firewall in the system and try to disable it.
2). Start the SAPRouter at the backend using command saprouter -r &
3). Also check AntiVirus running on the Router system and try to disable it.
Thanks,
Arjun

Hi,
As per the logs it seems , you have installed SNC enabled router service.
Pls check command and path details correctly ,for the SAPRouter service.
C:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouter.exe service -r -R C:\usr\sap\saprouter\routtab\saprouttab -G C:\usr\sap\saprouter\LOGFiles\saprouter.log -K "p:CN=sapsolman, OU=0001056869, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"
Also ensure that service should not run under the SystemAccount
check output of nipping command
Since you are trying windows service to start SAPRouter, check from command level starting router and obsserve the result.
Also check if SNC enabled cerificates are deployed correctly to router folder.
