Hi
Could you please provide the specif details of requirement
I am not sure about the scope of your problem but following are generic steps
1) You will have to create materials in ECC. Assign relevent MRP profiles to the material in MM01.
2) Maintain MRP type as X0 for materials to be planned in APO
3) Maintain master data in MM01\MM02 transaction for make to order scenarios, maintain procurement type ,lot size, safety stock parameters etc
4) Create an integration model using CFM1 for all these materials with selection criteria as X0 (APO planned)
5) Activate the integration model using CFM2
6) do the inital transfer thru program REMODINI using SE38 transaction
7) Material will flow to APO
😎 similary create integration models for transaction data like purchase order, sales orders ,stocks etc
9) Once material and transaction details are availble, you can use interactive planning or heuristics runs to do the planning activities.
if you need further details please refer to the SAP book "My First Plan" which gives all the steps for APO planning
Thanks
Amit

Sankar,
It is contrary to forum rules to place email addresses in posts.
Creating a new implementation for APO is not a trivial matter. Most companies will hire a consulting company experienced in such matters to assist them.
However, if you wish to tackle this yourself, a good starting point for documentation is Best Practices. Your business requirements are unclear, but I will assume you wish to configure Global ATP, and I will further assume you wish to implement some kind of planning (either PP or SNP). Here are the required modules:

Sankar,
Here is the Best Practices Building Block Library for SCM. Although many of your business requirements do not have a specific document, most of the settings you seek can be found here.
http://help.sap.com/bp_scmv250/BBLibrary/HTML/BBLibrary_EN_DE.htm
Global ATP supports ATP checking via characteristics.

Forums are neither intended nor capable to fulfill the role of basic SCM training. I again suggest that this implementation is ambitious. I have never personally seen novices successfully perform such implementations, based on self-help and forum tips. If you really want this implementation to be successful, you should engage an expert consultant. In the end, you will get a quicker go-live, and the overall cost to your company will actually be less than if you try to do this yourself.
Best Regards & Good Luck,
